Q: Can I get a discount? 

A: Yes! If you sign up to host an online Facebook Party you will receive an awesome discount as well as some free items. You will also be able to offer great discounts and deals to your friends! And the best part is you won't have to clean your house, or really do anything more than create a Facebook group, and invite your friends! Contact Us for more info or to sign up!

Q: How do your shirts fit?

A: We have a full description and demonstration photos of our Sizing Page in the About Us Menu.

Ranchy Fit- Form Fitting,  Fits a half size to full size small.

Boyfriend Fit- These are Unisex so they are looser fitting and accurate sizing. 

Q: What are your earring settings made of?

A: Most of our settings are made of a nickel free alloy. They are not sterling silver or any other precious metal, though we would love to be able to offer you precious metals at these awesome prices! We have not had any issues with them, but if you do experience any sensitivity issues with them, please let us know and we will make it right!

Q: Are your items from China?

A: NOPE! Though some of the supplies used to make them, sometimes come from China, all items we sell are handmade here in Saskatchewan, Canada!

Q: What Are your Shipping Policies?

A: We only sell items already in inventory, so your order will never be back-ordered! We ship as soon as possible which is usually 1-5 days. We use Canada Post (1-2 weeks within Canada, 1-4 weeks worldwide) and for an extra charge can upgrade shipping to Express Post (1-3 Days within Canada, 2-4 Days to US). Please note that with the Covid Outbreak estimated times are not guaranteed. Please note that there is rarely tracking on the regular Canada Post Mail, and if you need tracking you will need to upgrade shipping to Express Post.

Q: What do I do If I Haven't Received my item?

A: If your item has not arrived within the estimated shipping times stated above, please contact us at the email address at the top of this page. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
