Refund policy

We want you to be happy!!! (and tell all your friends how happy you are!) Just send us a message with your issue and we will do our best to make it right.

Please note:
-NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
-Contact must be made within 30 days of purchase for general returns.
-Contact must be made as soon as possible for broken/defect issues.
-We have a high rotation of stock, and may not be able to replace the exact item. In this case we will give you store credit, or a refund.
-Forced returns or credit card charge backs will result in a storewide ban and possible legal action.
-PLEASE just let us know your issue and give us a chance to make it right!
